Return and Refund Policy
Celestine Connections sells digital Notion templates. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are generally final.
We will issue a full refund if:
- You were charged but received no purchase confirmation or download link within 24 hours of payment
- The template file cannot be opened or duplicated in Notion after following the setup instructions
- The template contains fewer than 80% of the features or pages described in the product listing
We will not issue refunds for:
- Purchases where the template has been successfully opened and duplicated into a Notion workspace
- Change of mind or circumstance after access has been granted
- Incompatibility with third-party tools, integrations, or non-Notion platforms
- Dissatisfaction with template style, design, or subjective fit
- Bundles where one or more templates have been accessed
How to request a refund:
- Submit your request within 7 days of the purchase date — requests outside this window will not be accepted
- Email with your order number, the name of the product, and a screenshot or description of the specific issue
- Refunds that meet the above criteria will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
